Who consents

A parent or legal guardian books the lesson, and by booking it gives consent for their child's data to be processed as described in the privacy policy — including the transfer of live audio and requested camera frames to the model provider that powers the teacher. A child cannot give that consent themselves, and we do not ask them to.

Withdrawing consent is one email and ends the lessons: [KVKK iletisim adresi].

What actually happens in the room

• The teacher hears the whole lesson. Audio streams both ways for as long as the lesson runs. That is what makes it a conversation.
• The teacher does not watch your child. The camera is pull-based: a single still frame is sent only when the teacher asks to look at something, typically a notebook the child is holding up. There is no video feed and no recording.
• No audio or video is stored. What is kept is the text: what was said, what went on the board, and the notes written afterwards.
• Screen share only runs while your child holds it open. They start it, they stop it.
• If the teacher could not see, it says so. A requested frame that never arrives produces an honest error, and the teacher tells the student rather than describing something it never received.

What the teacher remembers between lessons

A short, capped list of durable facts: the level they are working at, what they keep tripping on, which kinds of example land. Every one of those facts is tied to the lesson it came from, and the teacher is instructed to quote or drop rather than infer — so if it says your child struggles with fractions, there is a real transcript behind it.

You can ask to read that list, correct anything wrong in it, or have it erased.

What it will not do

• It will not diagnose a learning difficulty, or label a child.
• It will not report progress it cannot evidence from the lesson.
• It will not claim to have delivered a message it did not deliver.
• It will not ask a child for personal details it does not need, and nothing on this site asks a child for anything at all.

The link is the key — please treat it like one

There is no password, on purpose: a nine-year-old should be able to start a lesson with one tap. The trade is that a lesson link opens the lesson, and a notes link opens the notes, for anyone who holds them. Send them to the people who should have them. If a link goes astray, tell us and we will retire it.

Sensible supervision

We would say the same things a teacher would: sit within earshot for the first lesson, keep sessions to the length your child can actually hold attention for, and read the notes afterwards — they are written for you as much as for them.

Erasing a child completely

Email [KVKK iletisim adresi] with the student's name and ask for erasure. That removes their file, their memory, and every lesson recorded against them, including notes and homework. We will confirm when it is done. If you self-host, it is a folder you can delete yourself.

Telling us something is wrong

If the teacher ever says something to a child that troubles you — anything at all — send us the lesson link and roughly when it happened. Every lesson keeps its own transcript, so we can find the exact moment and tell you honestly what occurred.
