Before your first lesson
If something goes wrong
It can't hear me
Allow the microphone in the address bar and reload. If another app is using it — a call, another tab — close that first.
I can't hear it
Check the tab isn't muted and the right speakers are picked, then reload. On a phone, press the join button rather than waiting.
It keeps cutting itself off
Your room is loud. Turn on push-to-talk in the bar at the bottom and hold the space key while you speak.
It went quiet mid-sentence
Wait a few seconds. It reconnects on its own and carries on where it was — it won't start the lesson again.
My tab crashed
Open the same link. The board and the clock come back exactly as they were.
The homework didn't arrive
It's on your notes page — the same link you were sent. Download it there and tell us, so we can fix the delivery.
The link says it isn't time
It opens ten minutes before your lesson and closes fifteen minutes after it starts.
